Blake helped us (first time home buyers) find a wonderful home in Carlsbad, CA. He was super knowledgeable about the whole process, from evaluating homes, making offers, negotiating with sellers, setting up financing and escrow, and working with contractors to make repairs. Blake was always extremely responsive and on top of things. I think it was a big advantage for us as buyers to have such a hard working and organized agent.
